Inspired by the experience of enjoying afternoon tea with friends, Polly decided to create her own line of loose-leaf artisan teas. Her love of travel and fashion inspired such blends as Audrey’s French Beret and Earl Grey’s Top Hat. Prominent magazines such as Tea Time, Southern Lady and Kentucky Monthly have featured her teas. Polly has combined her love of hats and tea to create exciting events. Certified in the Art of Afternoon Tea Etiquette, Polly has presented a variety of topics for corporate groups, tea shops, and fine event venues. She also coordinates Afternoon Teas in private homes for bridal showers, holidays, and birthdays. Polly bases many of her teas on historical themes, often dressing in costume for her presentations.
